AA Bank or Building Society 'Mortgage Valuation Report' is not a survey of the property and should not be regarded as such. This style of valuation report is undertaken on behalf of the Bank or Building Society simply to determine whether a property is considered suitable security for the purpose of mortgage lending.

This survey, either a Homebuyers Report or Building Report, is undertaken for your benefit.
