With our Land Department being so active, it is therefore a natural progression for Wisemove to assume a positive role in the marketing of new homes developed by clients who have bought land through us, or for the smaller housebuilder who wants to concentrate on development rather than sales. Whilst many of the larger housebuilders employ dedicated in-house sales teams, we accept that show homes or dedicated sales agents may be beyond the needs of some of our smaller or bespoke housebuilding clients.
From our purpose built office suite at St. George’s,
Billy Row, we actively promote the availability of new
homes and display forthcoming development schemes. We
offer one to one appointments with buyers looking to secure
a new property and with investor purchasers who have decided
that the acquisition of a new house is a worthwhile investment
for the future. Furthermore, we work hand in hand with estate agents local to the new developments
to assist in the marketing of individual sites.
Our involvement in the marketing and public advertising
of new and forthcoming development schemes enables our
clients to concentrate on what they do best; to develop
excellent new properties in areas where people want to
live. Equally, by bringing together varying development
schemes, we are offering the buyer greater choice and
awareness of developments on-going in our area.
