Some of the sites we sell are rarely offered in the public domain due to the confidential nature of the sale, existing business premises for example, whilst many are publicly promoted via our email mailing list system and regional press advertising. We sell land to buyers ranging from individual self builders through to major housebuilders and, furthermore, for investment purposes to stock market traders and Insurance Companies.
In recent years we have sold sites of such diversity, ranging from 225sq. mtrs of oversized garden for the development of a single detached house, to redundant churches converted to residential living accommodation of heavenly proportions.
